Katie's food harkens to her southern & midwestern roots…familiar, comfortable recipes using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Inspired by the breathtaking landscapes of Vermont, she specializes in the rustic & pastoral culinary traditions of sourcing local, seasonal ingredients. After living and cooking in Vermont for over 20 years, she has immense gratitude for the agricultural spirit here in the Green Mountains. Her goal is to share all of this with her clients.
